Job Description
- Social Media ManagementManage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Track and report social media performance metrics.
- 2. WhatsApp & Database MarketingPlan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using existing customer and dealer databases.
- Manage WhatsApp groups and maintain active engagement with customers, dealers, and prospects.
- Send promotional messages, product updates, offers, and marketing communications.
- Coordinate bulk messaging campaigns while ensuring message quality and consistency.
- Build and maintain customer communication workflows.
- 3. Lead Generation & Lead ManagementGenerate leads through social media campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and digital engagement activities.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects.
- Maintain lead records and update lead status regularly.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead progress and outcomes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- 4. Content Creation & DesignCreate professional marketing creatives, banners, promotional posts, and WhatsApp status content using Canva.
- Design customized promotional materials for dealers and channel partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing content that supports lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
- 5. Video Content PlanningPlan and coordinate at least 5 product-related videos every month.
- Develop video concepts, content ideas, and basic scripts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, or video editors for execution.
- Ensure videos align with marketing goals and product promotion strategies.
- 6. Dealer Marketing SupportCreate personalized WhatsApp status creatives and promotional materials for dealers.
- Share marketing content with dealers for local promotion.
- Support dealer engagement and branding initiatives.
- Assist dealers in improving their digital presence and promotional activities.
- 7. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Analyze lead generation results and suggest improvements.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, leads generated, and campaign outcomes.
- Submit regular performance reports to management.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Experience with Canva and social media content creation.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with strong digital marketing skills and relevant project experience may also apply.
