Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
- Maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal departments.
- Maintain salary records, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
