Job Description
KiMi Health Hub is looking for a polite, sincere, and responsible female nursing staff to support patient care, allergy testing, HBOT patient preparation, diagnostics coordination, and daily clinical operations. The candidate should be patient-friendly, disciplined, and willing to learn advanced clinical procedures under doctor supervision.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during OPD, allergy evaluation, and clinical procedures
- Support Skin Prick Test / allergy testing preparation and patient handling
- Prepare patients for HBOT sessions as per safety checklist
- Monitor patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols
- Record vitals, patient history, and basic clinical details
- Handle patient counselling and explain basic procedure instructions
- Coordinate with pathology, diagnostics, reception, and doctors
- Maintain patient files, consent forms, reports, and daily records
- Ensure proper biomedical waste handling and clinic cleanliness
- Follow emergency protocols and report any patient discomfort immediately
- Maintain polite communication with patients and attendants
Required Skills :-
- Good patient communication skills and Confident.
- Basic nursing and vitals monitoring knowledge
- Calm, caring, and professional behaviour
- Ability to follow doctor instructions and safety protocols
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Willingness to learn allergy testing and HBOT workflow
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Candidate
- Female candidate preferred
- Nursing background: GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing
- Experience in clinic, hospital, ENT, allergy, diagnostic centre, or wellness centre preferred
- Freshers can apply if sincere and willing to learn
- Candidate should be comfortable with patient counselling and procedure assistance
