Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities.

Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Handle inward and outward movement of networking, telecom, and IT equipment.

Coordinate with procurement, accounts, NOC, and technical teams for material requirements.

Conduct periodic stock verification and physical audits.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory items.

Maintain stock registers, ERP/Tally records, and MIS reports.

Monitor vendor deliveries and verify received materials against purchase orders.

Control inventory losses, damages, and discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and store management procedures.

Prepare monthly inventory reports and submit them to management.

Required Skills

knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and inventory software.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Knowledge of telecom, networking, or ISP equipment will be an added advantage.
