Store Manager

Daily Operations:

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Share LR copies and dispatch details with customers and service engineers, along with required email communication.

• Prepare and issue quotations as per customer requirements in coordination with service engineers.

• Send quotations to customers via email .

• Prepare Proforma Invoices for advance payments and share them with customers.

• Handle material inward and outward activities, including receiving, checking, storing.

• Maintain all inward invoices in the inward register with proper documentation and record-keeping.

• Generate E-invoices for all bills using Tally Prime, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare tax invoices, delivery challans, and FOC Challans.

• Manage and respond to all emails received on the store email ID, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers and internal teams.

🔹 Weekly Responsibilities:

• Prepare and punch spares orders on a weekly basis (before Friday).

• Coordinate with Manager for order discussion and finalization.

• Ensure order punching is aligned with weekly target values.

🔹 Monthly Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and ensure stock fulfillment.

• Arrange required materials from the warehouse (godown) to maintain stock availability.
