Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities – Store SupervisorSupervise daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
  • Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate timely procurement.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
  • Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records and generate stock reports.
  • Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, and Accounts departments for material management.
  • Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Material Issue Slips, and delivery documentation.
  • Monitor housekeeping, safety, and security within the store.
  • Supervise store assistants and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Identify slow-moving, non-moving, or obsolete inventory and report to management.
  • Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and inventory control standards.
  • Preferred SkillsKnowledge of inventory management and store operations.
  • Experience with ERP software or advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety and material handling.
