We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to manage our supply chain operations and last-mile delivery network.

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Supervisor who will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring smooth last-mile deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading the operations team effectively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the complete supply chain and last-mile delivery operations.
• Plan and monitor daily inward and outward movements of stock.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders and achieve zero order pendency on routes.
• Prepare daily dispatch plans and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervise and manage teams of drivers, helpers, pickers, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure timely loading, unloading, and vehicle dispatch.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory variances.
• Identify manpower requirements and manage recruitment for operational vacancies.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate operational staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline (Supply Chain/Logistics background preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate large operational teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
