Job Description
हम अपनी Garment Manufacturing Unit के लिए एक जिम्मेदार एवं अनुभवी Female Supervisor की तलाश में हैं।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- ऑर्डर्स की Planning एवं समय पर Execution सुनिश्चित करना।
- Packing से पहले प्रत्येक Garment की Quality Check एवं Finishing की निगरानी करना।
- Fabrics एवं Ready Stock का Management एवं Record Maintain करना।
- कारीगरों (Tailors/Kaarigars) के कार्य की निगरानी एवं Production Follow-up करना।
- Daily Production एवं Order Status को Track करना।
- Team के साथ Coordinate करके समय पर Dispatch सुनिश्चित करना।
- Basic English पढ़ने एवं समझने की क्षमता हो ताकि Order Details एवं Documents को Handle किया जा सके।
- जिम्मेदार, अनुशासित एवं अच्छी Communication Skills होना आवश्यक है।
योग्यता:
- Garment/Fashion Industry में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता।
- Stock Management एवं Production Handling का ज्ञान।
- MS Excel एवं WhatsApp का Basic Knowledge हो।
