• Laccha Paratha
• Missi Roti
• Kulcha
• Stuffed Naan
• Paneer Tikka
• Mushroom Tikka
• Soya Chaap
• Veg Seekh Kebab
• Prepare marinades and dough as per Mahadev Dhaba standards.
• Maintain proper tandoor temperature and ensure timely order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section.
• Ensure minimum food wastage and proper stock utilization.
• Inform the kitchen manager about daily stock requirements.
• Work closely with the kitchen team during peak hours.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times. (Expertia)
• Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef.
• Good knowledge of North Indian and Punjabi cuisine.
• Ability to handle rush hours efficiently.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
