Tax Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Executive who will be responsible for handling Income Tax Return (ITR) filings, tax compliance, and company registration processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in taxation and corporate compliance, with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies
• Handling tax computations, TDS reconciliation, and tax planning
• Managing notices and responding to queries from the Income Tax Department
• Assisting in company incorporation, including Private Limited, LLP, and Proprietorship registrations
• Filing of ROC forms, annual returns, and other compliance-related documents
• Coordinating with clients for document collection and advisory on tax matters
• Ensuring timely compliance with all statutory deadlines
• Maintaining proper documentation and client records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in taxation and company registration
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax laws and MCA procedures
• Familiarity with tools like Income Tax Portal, MCA Portal, and Tally
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments
