Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers through WhatsApp Business and share product details 📲
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with customers 📞
  • Handle online leads and follow-ups
  • Maintain customer data in Excel sheets 📊
  • Confirm orders and coordinate with customers

Requirements:

  • Only Female Candidates 👩‍💼
  • Minimum 3 months experience in telecalling or online sales
  • Must know WhatsApp Business handling
  • Basic Excel knowledge required
  • Good Hindi communication skills (basic English preferred)
  • Experience in imitation jewellery sales is an advantage
