Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for pending EMI / loan / credit card payments
- Follow up with customers and remind them about overdue payments
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly
- Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely resolution
- Update call outcomes and payment status in CRM/collection system
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and follow RBI / company recovery guidelines
- Coordinate with field recovery team when required
- Achieve daily call and monthly collection targets
