Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI/loan/credit card payments.
  • Remind customers about pending dues and payment due dates.
  • Negotiate payment commitments and settlement options as per company policy.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Update call remarks, payment status, and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while following RBI and company compliance guidelines.
  • Follow up regularly with customers until payment is received.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th Pass/Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
  • Experience in Banking, NBFC, Credit Card, Loan Collection or Telecalling preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
