Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, explain our financial products and services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, and investment solutions.
Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for advisors/sales executives.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Update customer information in CRM or Excel sheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
Ability to convince and engage customers.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred.
Other Requirements
Smartphone and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong follow-up skills.
Professional behavior and customer-focused attitude.
