Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining products/services, answering queries, and generating sales or leads through phone calls.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Follow up with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Build positive relationships with customers
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and handle customers politely
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
