Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Experience: Freshers Can Apply

Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)


Job Responsibilities:


✅ Call and assist users interested in astrology consultations

✅ Coordinate with astrologers and manage appointments/call schedules

✅ Follow up with users regarding their consultations and services

✅ Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner

✅ Maintain records of calls and user interactions


Requirements:


✔ Good communication skills in Hindi

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Confident and customer-friendly personality
