Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and energetic Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating property leads, and explaining real estate projects to clients. The role requires good communication skills, convincing ability, and basic knowledge of property sales.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Inform clients about available residential and commercial properties.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding property price, location, facilities, and site visits.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain customer database and call records.
• Generate leads through cold calling and social media inquiries.
• Build good relationships with clients and maintain professional communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Female candidates preferred (optional as per company requirement).
