Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell our financial products (Personal, Business, Car, and Home Loans). You will act as the first point of contact, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily calls (80-100+) to potential customers from a provided database to offer loan products.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and match them with the right product (e.g., suggesting a Business Loan for a shop owner or a Home Loan for someone looking to buy a flat).
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain interest rates, eligibility criteria, EMI options, and processing fees to customers.
- Lead Qualification: Filter interested prospects by verifying basic eligibility (salary/income, CIBIL score status, existing loans).
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or document collection pickups for the field sales team.
- Follow-up: Maintain a follow-up log for customers who requested a callback or are undecided.
- Database Management: Update the CRM or Excel sheet with accurate call dispositions (e.g., "Not Interested," "Call Later," "Interested").
- RequirementsExperience: 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, BPO, or Customer Service (Banking/Financial experience is a plus).
- Communication: Fluent in [Local Language] and [English/Hindi]; clear voice and good listening skills.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets) and ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive, patient, and target-oriented.
