Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled telecaller who can efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should combine strong sales instincts with excellent customer handling skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales closing ability (not just calling).
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred).
- Ability to handle objections and negotiations confidently.
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support (preferred).
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets.

- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Daily/weekly revenue generated
- Repeat order percentage
- Call handling quality & customer satisfaction
- Follow-up efficiency
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in D2C, eCommerce, or tele-sales environments is a plus
