📞 Telecaller (Solar Sales) – Job Description Company: Chanda Renewables
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
🔹 About the Role We are looking for a result-driven Tele caller to generate leads and convert customers for our solar installation services (Residential & Commercial). The candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and explain solar products & services
- Generate and qualify leads for rooftop solar installation
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain daily call reports in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with sales & installation team for site visits
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)
- Experience in telecalling / sales preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and calling tools
- Target-oriented and confident personality
