Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller – Event Sales to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and promote our event management services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Promote event packages and services over phone calls.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to close sales.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM or lead management systems.
• Explain pricing, event offerings, and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the event and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• EligibilityGraduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or event sales preferred.
