Job Title:Telecalling Collection Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a Telecalling Collection Executive who will be responsible for calling customers to recover pending payments or dues. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to convince customers professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
  • Remind and follow up on pending dues politely and professionally
  • Explain payment terms and resolve basic customer queries
  • Maintain records of calls, conversations, and payment status
  • Update collection database and share daily reports with the supervisor
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
  • Escalate difficult cases to the senior or legal team if required
