Telecaller Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to generate business opportunities through outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, fabricators, builders, OEMs, and industrial customers to promote our range of Silicone Sealants, Adhesives, PU Sealants, Masking Tapes, and Industrial Products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake 80–100 outbound calls daily to potential customers.
• Generate qualified sales leads and business inquiries.
• Introduce and explain company products to customers.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
• Maintain customer records and daily call reports in CRM/Excel.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide product information.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Science background preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of Telecalling/Telesales/BPO Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
