Location: Jaipur (Godown-based role)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000/month

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Overview:We need a disciplined candidate to handle customer calling, order coordination, and e-commerce dispatch operations (Flipkart/Amazon) from the godown. This is a backend + coordination role, no field work.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Telecalling (Customer Coordination)Call customers for order confirmation and follow-ups
• Handle inbound queries related to atta & masala products
• Explain product benefits (fresh, preservative-free, etc.)
• Resolve basic issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• 2. E-commerce Dispatch (Flipkart / Amazon)Process daily orders from Flipkart & Amazon panels
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments
• Generate invoices, labels, and ensure proper packaging
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch
• Track orders and update status
• 3. Godown Stock ManagementMaintain stock records (atta, grains, masala, packaging)
• Ensure proper inventory handling and cleanliness
• Assist in inward/outward stock entries
• Avoid stock mismatch and damage
• 4. Reporting & System WorkMaintain Excel/CRM records of orders and dispatch
• Daily reporting of orders processed and pending
• Coordinate with team for smooth operations
• Skills Required:Basic Hindi communication (English basic preferred)
• Telecalling confidence
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, apps, seller panels)
• Attention to detail (packing & dispatch accuracy)
• Responsible and disciplined
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in Flipkart/Amazon seller panel (bonus)
• Experience in warehouse / dispatch / telecalling
• Nearby location preferred
• Working Hours:9–10 hours (Godown-based)
• Weekly off as per policy
