Job Description

We are looking for a motivated telecaller to connect with potential donors and supporters. The role involves explaining our NGO’s work, building trust, and encouraging contributions for social causes.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential donors

Explain NGO activities and impact in a simple, convincing way

Request donations and support politely

Handle queries and objections professionally

Maintain call records and follow-ups (WhatsApp/CRM)

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Polite, confident, and empathetic nature

Basic knowledge of mobile/WhatsApp

Ability to handle rejection and stay positiv
