Job Description
Hum ek leading manufacturing unit hain jo Home Decor (Ceramic, Polyresin, Wall Planters) mein deal karte hain. Hame apne sales network ko expand karne ke liye ek enthusiastic Tele-Sales Executive ki talash hai jo hamare products ko retailers aur distributors tak pahuncha sake.
- Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Potential retailers aur distributors ko call karke hamare product catalogue (Home Decor & Stationery) ke baare mein batana.
- Lead Management: Daily calls ka record rakhna aur CRM/Excel mein follow-ups update karna.
- Sales Target: Monthly sales targets achieve karna aur naye clients (B2B) ko onboarding mein madad karna.
- Query Handling: Potential clients ke product specs, pricing aur delivery se jude sawalon ka jawab dena.
- Relationship Building: Existing clients ke saath feedback aur naye product updates share karke long-term relationship banana.
- Requirements:Excellent communication skills (Hindi is must, English is a plus).
- Negotiation aur convincing skills mein maharat.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel aur Email ka usage).
- Manufacturing/Wholesale ya E-commerce sector mein kaam karne ka experience prefer kiya jayega.
