Telecalling Executive

🏥 Senior Telecaller Executive – Hospital Experience Mandatory

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Telecaller Executive for our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally

• Counsel patients regarding hospital services, treatments, and surgeries

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and departments

• Follow up with patients for consultations, treatments, and surgeries

• Handle patient inquiries and convert leads into appointments/admissions

• Maintain call records and update patient data in the system

• Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecaller in a Hospital or Healthcare Industry

• Hospital telecalling experience is mandatory

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

• Strong patient counselling and follow-up skills

• Ability to explain hospital treatments, services, and surgery packages

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, HMS Software) is mandatory

• Professional personality with strong convincing skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in handling OPD/IPD patient enquiries

• Knowledge of hospital treatments, surgeries, and admission process

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
