Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team in the loan finance sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads for personal loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
- Explain loan products and benefits clearly to customers
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for loan processing
- Maintain customer data and update Google Sheet regularly
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic knowledge of finance/loan products preferred
- Telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
Salary & Incentives:

Working Hours:
- 6 days working (Sunday fixed off)
- Day shift
