Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to convert inquiries into center visits or admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to potential students and explain the company’s courses and offerings.

• Counsel students on call regarding suitable career programs based on their interests and goals.

• Follow up with leads and encourage students to visit the center for further discussions.

• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls, visits, and admissions.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in tele-counseling, telesales, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.

• Passion for the education/training industry.
