Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing the company's products and services, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain the company's products and services to potential clients.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Update CRM or client database with relevant information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills

✔ Good follow-up and client handling abilities

✔ Lead generation and customer engagement skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Graduate in any discipline.

Fresher or candidates with 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Lead Generation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to convince customers and build rapport over phone calls.

Self-motivated and result-driven.
