🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales
• Handle inbound calls from customers for inquiries, orders, or support
• Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
• Follow up on leads and existing customers to close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Address customer objections and resolve complaints professionally
• Build long-term relationships with clients
