CNM Learning is building a new way of preparing students for IIT-JEE and NEET. Instead of encouraging endless hours of memorization, we help students improve through visual learning, smart study systems, mistake analysis, and personalized mentorship.

We work with students who are serious about improving their rank—not just completing another course.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and empathetic Telecaller who can speak with students and parents, understand their academic challenges, answer their questions, and schedule counseling sessions with our academic mentors.

This is not a random sales calling job.

Your responsibility is to identify students who genuinely need guidance and help them take the next step.

Responsibilities

Call fresh leads generated through Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, libraries, and offline campaigns.

Understand each student's preparation level and challenges.

Explain CNM's mentorship program in simple language.

Build trust with students and parents.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Book counseling/demo sessions for academic mentors.

Follow up with interested students until they make a decision.

Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.

Coordinate with the admissions team.

Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent Hindi communication skills.

Basic English communication.

Confident and persuasive personality.

Positive attitude with good listening skills.

Comfortable talking with parents as well as students.

Able to handle objections calmly.

Basic computer knowledge.

Fast learner.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate (preferred)

12th Pass candidates with excellent communication may also apply.

Experience in telecalling, counseling, customer support, or education industry is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Daily KPIs

120–180 calls/day

25–40 meaningful conversations

8–15 counseling/demo bookings

Lead follow-ups completed on time

CRM updated accurately

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (depending on experience)
