Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of relevant products/services (training provided).
- Proficient in using CRM software and handling data accurately.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
