🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads received from B2B platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
