Tele calling Executive – Vodafone Idea Postpaid Sales and Service

About the Role: We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Tele calling Executives to handle Vodafone Idea customer calls. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to assist customers, promote postpaid plans, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing Vodafone Idea customers. Handle customer queries related to billing, plan upgrades, offers, and services. Promote postpaid plans, value-added services, and retention offers. Update customer information accurately in CRM systems. Follow up on pending sales funnel and ensure timely resolution . Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (sales, retention, customer satisfaction, etc.).Maintain call quality and adhere to Vodafone Idea process guidelines and compliance norms.

Skills & Competencies : Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Hinglish . Good persuasion and negotiation skills . Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets . Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
