We are looking for an experienced TeleSales Professional with 6+ Months of experience . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining insurance policies, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Explain insurance products, policies, benefits, and coverage.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service in the insurance industry.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
