Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and online inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, architects, and interior designers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• 6 month of experience in sales (experience in furniture, home décor, construction, or related industries is an advantage).
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
