Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships over the phone. This role focuses on promoting ecommerce products, reaching out to potential and existing customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience to maximize orders and customer retention.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to previous, existing, and potential customers to promote ecommerce products and current offers.​
• Convert sales leads and process orders professionally via telephone.​
• Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and company policies.​
• Update customers about new launches, discounts, and exclusive deals to encourage repeat business.​
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer feedback, and purchase orders in the company’s CRM or database.​
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, handle grievances, and respond to objections professionally.​
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.​
• Stay updated with ecommerce and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.​

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.​
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.​
• Experience in telesales, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.​
• Basic computer proficiency and experience maintaining digital records.​
