Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and sales teams
- Schedule customer meetings/site visits
- Maintain customer records and databases
- Coordinate between customers and field sales executives
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally
- Support documentation and office operations
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Polite and professional calling etiquette
- Hindi communication mandatory; English preferred
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in telecalling or back office preferred
