Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and result-oriented Female Telecaller to join our growth team. In this role, your primary focus will be B2B lead generation and client conversion. You will connect with manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail brands, pitching our premium online seller services to help them launch, manage, and grow their businesses on major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra.

• Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential leads, business owners, and sellers from provided databases.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify active prospects interested in expanding their businesses online.
• Client Pitching & Conversion: Educate clients about our core e-commerce services (account creation, listing optimization, advertising, and cataloging management) and close the sales on call.
• Platform Matchmaking: Assess seller profiles and guide them on which marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or Myntra) best suits their product category.
• Regular Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline with interested or warm leads to maximize monthly conversion metrics.
• Data Management: Keep an accurate and updated log of daily calls, lead feedback, and final registration statuses in our database.
