We are a finance company offering personal and business loan solutions across India. With a simple process and quick approvals, we also provide excellent earning opportunities for telesales professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers from the data provided by the company.
- Explain loan offers (Personal Loan / Business Loan)
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through the process
- Follow up regularly till loan disbursement
- Coordinate with backend team for smooth processing
- Maintain daily calling and lead status reports
Compensation & Incentive Structure:
- Performance-based role
- Earn 1% incentive on every successful loan disbursement
- Example: ₹10,00,000 loan → ₹10,000 earning
- Unlimited earning potential 💰
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Confident in sales & convincing
- Own mobile/laptop with internet
- Ability to work from home efficiently
- Experience in telesales/loan process is preferred
