Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote financial products and services over the phone. Experience in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers and address their queries.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product features and company offerings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• English: Basic English
• Preferred Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Salary:

• ₹13,000 – ₹33,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹23,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
