Job Description

•Drive business development and achieve sales targets in assigned territory 

• Identify and onboard new clients and corporate accounts 

• Develop and manage franchisee / channel partner network 

• Conduct training programs for franchisees and partners 

• Ensure effective coordination between branches and HO 

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity 

• Travel across the assigned state for business expansion 

• Strong sales & marketing skills in logistics / transport industry 

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities 

• Ability to handle target-based roles and pressure 

• Good knowledge of territory management and B2B sales 

• Leadership and coordination skills
