Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing approaches, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling predictive and intelligent testing solutions that elevate the quality standards across projects. Collaboration and strategic oversight are key elements throughout the day to maintain high levels of control and integrity in testing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Test Management, Test Automation Strategy, Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing solutions that support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases.
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts and strategies to ensure system reliability under load.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
