Job Description
- Plan and execute Routine, Type, and Special Tests on Power & Distribution Transformers as per IS / IEC standards
- Lead and supervise the testing team, including task allocation and performance monitoring
- Review, verify, and approve test reports before final release.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of all testing equipment.
- Handle customer.
- witness tests and third-party inspections.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for testing failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Drive process improvements and introduce new testing methodologies.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams for resolving technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and traceability .
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
