Travel Consultant

The Travel Expert is responsible for designing personalized travel itineraries, planning complete holidays, assisting passengers before and should be in very good in English because clients are of from my other part of india ,during their journey, coordinating with hotels, transport partners and local vendors, managing group tours, attending customer meetings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from booking until the tour is completed. Also they have to give assistant over the call to the passengers

Key Responsibilities

• Design customized domestic and international holiday itineraries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and local vendors.
• Meet customers personally whenever required.
• Manage our Holiday packages and VGO BUS group departures.
• Travel with tour groups when assigned to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve on-tour issues and provide end-to-end customer support.
• Build relationships with hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
• Conduct destination inspections and supplier meetings.
• Prepare quotations, travel plans, and tour documentation.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
• They have to go with big groups , and whenever needed they have to travel and manage the groups out side the city
• They should have sales skill for selling our tour packages
• They should have very good communication skill Hindi and English in both the languages

Travel Requirement

• Willing to travel extensively across India and internationally as per business requirements.
• Must be comfortable staying out of the home city for multiple days to manage tours, customer meetings, hotel inspections, and group operations.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays during tour departures.
