Job Description

  • Manage and execute domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
  • Prepare itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
  • Communicate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations.
  • Handle customer queries and provide support throughout the travel journey.
  • Maintain booking records and operational documentation.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
