Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission Logibird Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs).
- Configure Android and Windows-based systems.
- Install and support Video Conferencing Solutions, PTZ Cameras, Microphones, and Audio Systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and on-site service visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and AV-related issues.
- Provide customer demonstrations and basic user training after installation.
- Coordinate with the sales team during product deployments and demonstrations.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and customer feedback forms.
- Handle remote support through phone, video calls, and remote desktop tools.
- Maintain service records and update CRM/ERP on a daily basis.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved within the committed SLA.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
- Travel within Rajasthan and other assigned locations for installations and support.
