About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content. This is not a template-based editing role. We need someone who can think creatively, contribute ideas, improve content quality, and bring their own editing style to projects.

• ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertising, and branding campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, promotional videos, product videos, and client content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, captions, and visual enhancements.
• Color correction and color grading.
• Sync audio, music, and voiceovers professionally.
• Understand current social media trends and implement them effectively.
• Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams.
• Suggest creative improvements during the editing process rather than only following instructions.
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory).
• Good understanding of Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Experience with social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Understanding of audio mixing and sound design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
