Job Description:

AdyGuru is looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can edit high-converting marketing and product-based UGC (User-Generated Content) videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, engaging hooks, storytelling, and fast-paced editing. Experience with AI-powered editing tools to improve creativity and efficiency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit marketing, product-based, and UGC videos for social media platforms.
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
• Understand social media trends, hooks, pacing, and audience retention techniques.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to deliver high-performing creatives.
• Use AI tools to improve editing speed and overall video quality.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in video editing.
• Good working knowledge of Filmora (preferred software for day-to-day editing).
• Strong understanding of social media and UGC video editing.
• Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience retention.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and performance creatives.

Qualification:

• 12th Pass, Graduate, or relevant certification in Video Editing/Multimedia.
